In the early years of the 21st century, Swedish Turbec was ready to launch its innovative gas-driven micro turbines for local power generation. The market had always been dominated by traditional diesel-driven turbines. We helped Turbec develop a strategy for positioning the new gas technology and making diesel technology appear obsolete and inefficient.
