Novacast, founded in 1981, was one of the pioneers in digital control systems for casting processes. Over its 25-year history, Novacast had seen steady but mostly slow growth in a conservative and sluggish market. Following a crucial acquisition and a period of technolo­gical refinement, Novacast was ready to introduce its systems for casting engine blocks and machine tools more efficiently to the automotive industry. In that context, we assisted Novacast with strategies for repositioning its brand and communicating in the new markets.
